Monthly Support Program (MSP)
MSP is our most popular ongoing service option. We establish a monthly retainer of hours and a schedule of regular appointments. The purpose of prescheduled appointments is to perform maintenance and complete IT projects. We use a simple formula to recommend the number of hours for your organization. Typically, this is calculated using the formula of half hour per computer and one hour per server. The number of hours is decided by you.
- Hours must be automatically pre-paid by ACH.
- 2-hour emergency response service level.
- Unused hours roll over for three months.
- No minimums.
- No dispatch fees.
- No emergency rates.
- Additional hours beyond pre-paid time are available for an additional charge.
